CKI was responsible for implementing, supporting and maintaining the Oracle Primavera PPM Suite of applications. The assignment involved the implementing a resource planning and workforce management tool, timesheet and scheduling capability and portfolio and project management reporting tool. The suite was integrated with a number of Microsoft applications including Active Directory and internal business support systems so that the business could access the data for BI reporting purposes.

Subsequently, CKI performed support and maintenance activities including application enhancements and performance tuning when applicable.
