As a supplier of Change and Communication specialists to the University, CKI has been involved in the aggregation and concentration of service delivery capability under University Services.

Their responsibilities include design, development and implementation of change initiatives to support projects within the University’s Project Services division. Their expertise enables project teams to achieve their outcomes including initiatives such as strategy development, stakeholder management and engagement, targeted communications and assessing change readiness. They also work with the Team Lead Change and Communication in the Project Management Office to develop the community of Change & Communication Management practices within the project team to help the engagement of various stakeholders.
